A Plastic Surgery Architect is a title I created because nothing else existed to describe what I do.

Before I built The Regan Method, there was no name for the person who stands between a patient and one of the most personal decisions of their life. There were surgeons. There were nurses. There were online forums full of strangers offering opinions to people they had never met. But there was no one whose entire purpose was to design the journey — from the first moment of consideration to long after the results had settled.

So I built that person. And I named her.

A Plastic Surgery Architect is the person who begins with you — not your procedure, not your budget, not the surgeon you found on social media — but you. Who you are, what you see in the mirror, what you tell yourself, and what needs to change before anything else does.

The architecture of a plastic surgery journey has never been about the surgery alone. It is about the preparation that makes a consultation meaningful instead of overwhelming. I created this title after a year of research that revealed something the industry wasn't saying out loud — that patients were navigating one of the most emotionally complex decisions of their lives completely alone, armed with generic information designed for everyone and therefore truly useful to no one. The confusion wasn't their fault. The system wasn't built with them in mind.
