Live, Ephemeral Conversations
Chats within the House—including the Doctor’s Lounge—happen in real-time. Once the conversation ends, it disappears. We do not record, store, or log chat transcripts, ensuring your inquiries remain completely private and in the moment.
Education First, Connection Second
The House is designed for high-level education, industry insights, and getting to know the experts. While you can book formal consultations through a doctor's stored profile, the live chats themselves are strictly educational and do not constitute the doctor-patient relationship or a medical diagnosis.
No Post-Op Triage
If you are actively healing from a procedure, this is not the venue to ask, "Does this incision look right?" or "Is this swelling normal?" Your primary surgeon is always your definitive resource for post-operative care.
A Non-Clinical Space
Because our chats disappear and we do not store health records, The Regan House is intentionally not HIPAA-compliant. We ask that you leave your medical files, specific surgical timelines, and sensitive photos at the door.
