Mary Regan — Plastic Surgery Architect

My name is Mary Regan and I created a role that didn't exist.

Not because I was looking for a title — but because after a year of intensive research into the plastic surgery industry, I found a gap so significant that I couldn't look away from it. Thousands of women and men were navigating one of the most personal decisions of their lives completely alone. Armed with generic information designed for everyone. Guided by social media algorithms that were built for surgeons, not patients. Entering consultation rooms feeling small, leaving with more confusion than clarity, and making decisions that sometimes couldn't be undone.

Nobody was standing in that gap. So I did.

I spent six years studying communication, psychology and plastic surgery alongside some of the brightest surgical minds in the country. I built relationships with surgeons not because they were famous or well-followed, but because they were exceptional — technically skilled, deeply human, and committed to staying with their patients long after the operating room. I built The Regan Surgical Collective around those surgeons and those standards alone.

I created The Regan Method — a private, five-stage consulting journey that begins not with your procedure but with you. Who you are. What you see in the mirror. What you tell yourself. And what needs to change before anything else does.

I am not a surgeon. I am not a medical professional.

I am the person who designs your entire plastic surgery journey — from the moment you first consider it to long after your results have settled. I prepare you for the most effective consultation of your life. I support you through recovery in ways your surgeon's office never will. I protect your results for the long term.

Before I built this, there was no name for what I do. Now there is.

I am Mary Regan. I am your Plastic Surgery Architect. And if you have ever felt alone in this process — you found exactly who you were looking for.

Always, just Mary
