Why I Built This

I watched it happen over and over again — and I watched it long before I ever took a single client.

Before I launched this business, I spent thousands of hours in research. I spoke with hundreds of people who had already been through plastic surgery — listening to what went right, what went wrong, what they wished someone had told them. I needed to understand this world from the inside before I could ever claim to guide someone through it. That research became the foundation of everything I do.

What I kept seeing was this: someone would walk into a consultation with a list of questions and nothing to stand on inside. Nervous. Uncertain. Intimidated by the room, the white coat, the weight of the decision in front of them. They had done their research — or what they thought was research — but inside they were shaking. They just didn't know that yet.

And I knew I could change that.

Then there was the other side of what I witnessed in my research. The ones who came back to their surgeon unhappy. Emotional. What I call the "vomit" moment — walking back into that office with tears, accusations, high emotions and a relationship that was already cracking. Those stories were painful to hear. Not because the surgeon didn't care. Not because the patient didn't have a right to feel what they felt. But because none of it had to happen that way.

Here's what I knew then and what I know now: if the relationship had been built properly from the beginning — if communication was real, if trust was there before the first incision, if that person had been genuinely educated and not just handed information — they wouldn't have walked out. They would have stayed. They would have worked through it with their doctor.

Instead, they went back to social media. Back to the same place the confusion started. Back to strangers with opinions and before-and-after photos that had nothing to do with them. Or worse — to RealSelf, asking questions of doctors who have never seen their face, never reviewed their case and, in my opinion, shouldn't even be weighing in on it.

I built The Regan Method™ because I refused to keep watching that happen.

My clients don't walk into consultations nervous and uncertain. They walk in grounded, clear and ready to have a real conversation. And if something ever feels hard later in their journey, they come to me first. But I am not a replacement for their doctor. I am a bridge back to them. I show my clients, with evidence, exactly why the surgeon I personally vetted is the right person to walk them through whatever they are facing.

Because trust was built between them from the very beginning, they believe it. They stay connected. They stay off social media. They heal — with their doctor, not despite them.

That's the difference. That's always been the difference.

I am the only one in this industry who wants more for you and less from you. That was true on day one. It is still true today.

This is The Regan Method™. And it was built for you.

"They had done their research — or what they thought was research — but inside they were shaking. They just didn't know that yet. And I knew I could change that.
