Truth: What Real Results Actually Look Like
You’ve been scrolling. I know you have.
You are looking for the perfect "after" photo. The one that will finally give you the permission to exhale, make a decision, and believe that the result you want is possible. But the longer you scroll, the more confused you become.
There is a reason for that.
If you look closely at the faces on my website, you might notice something. There are absolutely no stock photos here. Every face you see belongs to a real person with a real story. But for some of my clients, I have slightly altered their likeness.
I do this intentionally, and I do it to fiercely protect them.
The plastic surgery industry has normalized the idea that your face, your body, and your healing journey are just marketing materials to be plastered across the internet. I fundamentally reject that. Your privacy is a privilege, and I will always honor it. I am not building a grid of curated trophies; I am building a sanctuary.
So, if I don't rely on a gallery of glossy before-and-after photos to show you what is possible, how do you know what to expect?
Because my past clients will show you themselves.
One of the most beautiful parts of The Regan Method™ is the quiet network of women and men who have already walked this path. They know exactly how heavy the decision is. They know the fear of the swelling, the vulnerability of the mirror, and the peace of finally feeling whole again. And they make themselves available to my new clients, to help guide you through your own journey.
When you connect with them, they aren't going to hand you a studio portrait. They will pull out their phones and open their personal camera rolls.
They will show you the realism — the grocery store or bathroom lighting photos, not the curated Instagram "after" sales pitch.
They will show you the 7:00 AM selfie while brushing their teeth. They will show you what a scar actually looks like in the afternoon sun, without a filter, without a ring light, and without the strategic angles designed to sell you something.
That is what the 80/20 rule actually looks like in practice. It is beautiful. It is human. And most importantly, it is the truth.
When you make one of the most personal decisions of your life, you shouldn't be basing it on a fantasy created for a social media feed. You should base it on reality. Because the life you are going to live after surgery isn't happening on a screen. It’s happening in the grocery store, in your bathroom, and in your real life.
And you deserve to know exactly what that looks like.
